Delivery Policy
We currently deliver to the UK, Europe and the USA.​

In the UK we offer two delivery services:
UK standard delivery – 3-5 days after dispatch​​.
UK express delivery – 1-2 days after dispatch​.
​
​European standard delivery is 3-5 days after dispatch.

For the USA we offer two delivery services:
USA standard delivery – 5-7 days after dispatch.
​​USA express delivery – 2-3 days after dispatch.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, but this may vary at peak periods.
Due to Royal mail strikes it is possible that there may be slight variations in the timings specified above.
Should this be the case, we will notify you. All our shipping services are tracked and signed for.​

Returns Policy
If you would like to return any item you've bought from us, please email us at info@mirejane.com. Goods returned within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging and label.
Unfortunately, we're unable to cover the cost of the return. Please send us a proof of return. Once items are received, we will process your refund. Also, please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to reach payment source.
